We had this day our first retrospective. We first did our presentation of what we had accomplished these two weeks. Who got some good feedback from the teachers and the students. After that, we had our stand up. We wrote down two good things and one point of improvement. The main focus we need to improve is less brainstorming now and start to make decisions.
