To start of my reflection I would like to say that this is the project that I enjoyed working on the most during my time in this study. During this project I really strived to be as productive and structured as possible , because of this and the entousiasm and passion of my teammates, I am truely content with my work and efforts for the first time in a long while. I have had my ups and downs however, this was a possitive step for me. And I am proud of myself and grateful towards my team. I hope to keep up this flow in future personal and school projects use it to grow into a more professional individual. For me this is a possitive first step, there is much to learn however and I am eager to keep this up.

My Role in this project my goal was to be more productive and profeesional by focussing on one task and not letting myself get distracted by nummerous ideas and side quests. I took up the role of master builder and team communication analist. Both proved to be interesting in their own aspects.

For the building I spend my weeks desinging the construction designs, ordering the parts and putting the installation together. The designing was difficult for me since I had to make a lot of itterations and redesigns, which is something I find difficult since I dislike doing things twice. It took me 3 weeks to complete the drawings which is to long in my opinion since I know I could have done it faster. However when I managed to make the improvemensts and redesings it payed of during the buildign fase. When I ordered everything I had little difficult putting everything together since all the measurements were worked out in great detail. The lesson I learned and will take with me in my proffessional carreer is: “When you take when time to design and to work out a project out well and go through many itterations it will pay of when creating the final product.”

When trying to improve the communication between the group I took a problem that I had ran in too with earlier group projects. Different people can have an entirely different view on the concept of the same project idea. This is why I undertook excersizes like the De Bono mehtod and a self designed concept clarification excersize. This helped to get everyone in the group on the same page on our concept and I believe it greatly improved our effiency in later stages of the project. When a group communicates well and takes time to clearify the concept it works on it greatly benefits the workflow and thus the final project. This is also something that I keep close to mind in further projects, improving cummunication between people in interstion and benneficial for every situation I believe so I will keep on trying to do so where possible.

The main focus for me in this project was communication, both with my group mates and the teachers in order to improve my workflow and the quality of the products I create. Besides some fallbacks to weeks where I felt a bit stressed and overencumbered taks I do believe that I managed to focus on single targets quite well, which helped me to stay calm, focus and get a lot of high quality work done. I believe this is because I communicated a lot more with the teachers, clients and my teammates that I did in earlier projects. Their feedback and support helped me to stay focussed and gave me the energy to work harder. This has led to the fact that I am genuinly statisfied with my work for this project. I am extremely proud and greatful to my team for their hard work and possitive attitude this module, it helped me to be a better team mate which is something I will take with me to fure projects. The same goes out out to the teachers, I know I can be a hard headed and distant sometimes but I apreciate that council and help I recieved this project a lot.
